PERTH’S FINEST MODERN INDIAN CUISINE MAKES ITS WAY TO LEEDERVILLE, FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY…

For one night only, Gurps will bring his unique twist on Indian cuisine to Leederville, for a set menu collaboration with Servo executive chef Chris Bottega. Did someone say Sauvo?

With his Northbridge restaurant Sauma, chef and restaurateur Gurps Bagga fuses the best of contemporary Indian street food with fresh Western Australian ingredients.

Sauma’s ethos is inspired by the memories, flavours and dishes of Chef Gurps’ childhood in Dehradun, a charming hill town nestled in the picturesque Himalayan foothills. Sauma is the proud older sibling of Topi, which opened in early 2022 in Karrinyup Shopping Centre’s iconic West Deck dining precinct and was promptly named WA's Best Indian Restaurant.
