in croatia they say a fish must swim three times: first in the ocean, in olive oil and finally in wine.
leave amalfi and d’azur behind, and come with us for a culinary adventure through the adriatic. this set menu dinner will showcase the lesser-known (but no less-good) seafood cuisine of croatia and the sparkling dalmatian coast.
this menu has been tastefully curated by our very own zrinka slišković, based on her favourites dishes growing up in croatia and hercegovina. expect authentic flavours direct from Dubrovnik, with a wood-fired Servo twist.
accompanying us on the night will be klapa “laganini” – which refers to enjoying yourself, not stressing and indulging in good food and of course good wine…which always leads to good singing.
the trio will entertaining you throughout the night with sounds from dalmatia.
