join us for a morning of mindful movement & meditation, finished off with a spot of breakfast!

Start your Sunday morning off on the right foot, with a special addition of MoveMEANT® hosted by The Fulfilment Project founder - Jade Reynolds!

This 60-minute MoveMEANT® session will consist of mindful exercises that will have you listening to your body, allowing yourself to feel free (yes, you will be hula hooping at some point). Gently wind down post workout with a 15-minute guided mediation, curated and facilitated by Jade. Take a peek at our most recent session!

Make your way downstairs to Servo for a post workout breakfast. Help yourself replenish & refuel with our cold-pressed juices, Micrology coffee and tasty AM eats.

About Jade

Jade is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Professional Dancer. With 7 years experience as a qualified therapist, she has a strong passion for helping others to feel good physically, mentally, and spiritually. She brings Movement and Mindset together, to create movement with a purpose. Jades areas of interest are anxiety, depression, and building confidence in women!
