Behind every great chef, is an even greater team – and this is definitely the case for family-owned business Yalla Balla.

Ben Kotkis built Yalla Balla on the philosophy that “food is the essence of family and life”.  With Ben’s Father Gavin as the brand’s logo and his Mother Shelley as his culinary counterpart, this small, family-owned enterprise offers genuine, Middle Eastern essentials from falafel & hummus, to zhug & amba.

Hosted in Servo Restaurant, this collaborative dinner menu will feature the best of Yalla Bala, paired with wood-fired favourites from the Servo kitchen.

Optionally, you can enjoy a paired list of four cocktails and wines prepared by Servo’s very own Tony Roche.
